Round 13 of the Monster Energy Supercross Series took place at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The huge track on the large Nascar facility really opened up the possibilities for an amazing race. Unfortunately weather moved in Saturday afternoon making for slick conditions but come main event time the track was in prime condition. The 250 main was full of excitement with Garrett Marchbaks getting out into 2nd place right away in the main event. Garrett rode 2nd convincingly all main event long but a small tip over in the whoops with 2 laps to go left Marchbanks shuffled back to a 14th place finish. Top finisher for FXR came from Coty Schock with a 10th place finish in the 250 main. Other FXR riders in the 250 main were Chris Blose in 13th, Cedric Soubeyras in 15th, Nique Thury in 17th, and Derek Kelley finishing in 19th. In the 450 class Kyle Chisholm rode an amazing race finishing in 15th even after being very sick all week leading up to the race. A great ride came from Freddie Noren as well putting it in the main and finishing 19th. Quick turnaround for Round 14 of the series as it resumes Tuesday April 13th, 2021 in Atlanta Georgia at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
