An improvement for Horgmo after a tough Russia
Gemert – After a tough round of the EMX250 series in Russia, Kevin Horgmo and the Creymert Racing team went to the third round of the KNMV Dutch Masters of Motocross determined to put the tough weekend behind them. Horgmo was able to do just that as he ended up thirteenth overall which is a step in the right direction. Jago Geerts won the overall in Mill and also leads the championship with one round to go.
MX2:
During qualifying, Horgmo put in a blistering time as he was the fourth quickest and that give him a good gate pick for the races. The young Norwegian was sitting in sixth on the first lap and battled hard with plenty of GP riders, he dropped back to ninth but then secured eighth which was a solid moto.
At the start of the second moto, Horgmo collided with another rider and he was buried down the order – outside the top twenty-five. However, he charged his way through the pack and ended up a brilliant twelfth position.
125cc:
David Braceras-Martinez was in action at the latest round of the Spanish Championship. The weekend got off to a good start as he qualified fastest. The young Spanish talent ended up fourth overall on the day but could have had a podium. He led the second moto before a crash but he only dropped back to third. It was a solid weekend for the Creymert KTM team and they hope to build on these kind of performances as the season progresses.
Next race:
This weekend the CreyMert Racing are in action at the Grand Prix of Latvia which will be held in Kegums.
